Running Mamas Half Marathon Training

Sessions are designed to help you go from jogging about 3-4 miles (at any pace), to comfortably running a full Half Marathon (13.1 miles), in approximately 3 months time. Training plans are tailored to your ability level-- first-timers welcome. Advanced training is also available for experienced runners looking to improve their race time or set a PR on race day.
